Problems With Public School Education System

1. High student to teacher ratio: It has been found that the student to teacher ratio in these type of schools is quite high, i.e., ~60:1. When the student to teacher ratio is low, it allows the teacher to better manage the class. In turn, the students have a better success rate. Therefore we are providing quality education through our app to every student.

2. Public school holidays very high(only open 70 days a year): Since the number of days school is open is very less, children are required to get something extra so that they can excel in their studies.

3. Private tuition is compensating educational needs with extra cost. But the quality of teaching is not good. It has become more like business than providing education. With our app students can learn from home without incurring extra cost as our app is a non-profit making app and is designed solely for the purpose of providing better education.

5. Right to better education is affected by a student’s financial and cultural background: Students who are financially weak cannot afford to join school. Our free education app can make them study from home.

1. Free Video based education mobile phone App. No subscription Fee. Students as well as parents can use it totally free of cost. This makes the app very much affordable.

2. Simple and Easy to use User Interface/User Experience. This makes our app less time consuming as for students/parents as they don’t have to spend their time in searching for how to use it instead of the purpose for which the app has been downloaded.

3. Curated Content on Social Media : A community of educators will identify video lectures on each topic, chapter wise on each subject, that is created by independent teachers and is shared on youtube or other video sharing sites. This content curation will help us reduce the cost of service.

4. Targeted and Organized content : Teachers will also help us in making highly targeted content that is based on the textbook and curriculum of each education board. Following the usual curriculum is necessary as out of the course contents makes things quite confusing especially in the lower classes. We have a separate section for out of the course learning.
